Earpiece/microphone accessory is £1.50 + VAT extra. Each

We rent Kirisun VHF 5W 16 channel professional licenced two-way radio for £10 + VAT per week or part-week.

We rent Motorola UHF 4W 16 channel professional licenced walkie-talkie radio for £10 + VAT per week or part-week.

Range
Most customers will find that our Cobra two-way radios will be sufficient for their requirements. Those who need the extra power and range can hire out the more powerful 5W VHF
or 4W UHF walkie-talkies.
Our Cobra walkie-talkies have a range of around 1 mile in open country, less amongst buildings. This is enough for a park, sports stadium, conference centre, sports field, most smaller festival sites etc. Our Kirisun VHF radios have a range of up to 4 miles in open country, less amongst buildings.
Our Motorola UHF two-way radios have a range of up to 2 miles in
open country, less in built-up areas or in buildings.
Licence
You do not need to arrange any licence in order to hire any
two-way radios from us.
The Cobra radios are licence-free, and the Kirisun and Motorola licenced radios, you will be using our licence and the general VHF
and UHF short-term radio hire frequencies.
Delivery
Delivery is charged at our cost. For up to 15 walkie-talkie radios, delivered to anywhere in the UK, delivery is £15. You simply post the radios back to us when finished. For larger quantities, please call us for delivery options and costs. For urgent hire requirements we can usually do same-day delivery via courier in the London area. You can also save on delivery costs by collecting the hired radio equipment from our office in Kilburn, North West London.
Payment for hiring mobile radio equipment
We normally want payment via credit/debit card or cheque before hired walkie-talkies are sent out. We can accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro/Switch, Solo, Electron and American Express. We can offer credit terms to known customers and some large companies,
public-sector bodies such as local councils, and some charities.
